We understand that unforeseen situations may arise, and we strive to accommodate genuine requests within a fair and transparent framework.

Service Cancellation Policy

  • Clients may request to cancel scheduled services by submitting a written cancellation request via email to our customer success team.
  • Cancellations made at least 7 business days prior to the agreed-upon service delivery date may be eligible for a full refund or credit.
  • Cancellations within 7 business days of the service delivery date may be subject to a partial refund, depending on the work already initiated or resources allocated.
  • Once a service has been delivered or substantially commenced, no cancellations will be accepted, and the full fee will remain payable.

Refund Policy

  • Refunds are applicable only in cases where REVWORKS CONSULTANTS LLP fails to deliver the agreed-upon service, or where there is a proven deficiency in service delivery after review.
  • All refund requests must be made in writing within 15 calendar days from the date of service delivery.
  • REVWORKS CONSULTANTS LLP reserves the right to investigate and validate the claim before initiating a refund.
  • If a refund is approved, the amount will be processed to the original method of payment within 15–30 business days.

Exclusions

  • REVWORKS CONSULTANTS LLP does not provide refunds for client-side delays, changes in scope after project commencement, or dissatisfaction arising from deviations not covered under the agreed scope of work.
  • Refunds are not applicable for third-party costs or statutory payments made on behalf of the client.
