At REVWORKS CONSULTANTS LLP, we are committed to delivering high-quality healthcare consulting and professional services to hospitals, clinics, and medical professionals. We understand that unforeseen situations may arise, and we strive to accommodate genuine requests within a fair and transparent framework.
Service Cancellation Policy
- Clients may request to cancel scheduled services by submitting a written cancellation request via email to our customer success team.
- Cancellations made at least 7 business days prior to the agreed-upon service delivery date may be eligible for a full refund or credit.
- Cancellations within 7 business days of the service delivery date may be subject to a partial refund, depending on the work already initiated or resources allocated.
- Once a service has been delivered or substantially commenced, no cancellations will be accepted, and the full fee will remain payable.
Refund Policy
- Refunds are applicable only in cases where REVWORKS CONSULTANTS LLP fails to deliver the agreed-upon service, or where there is a proven deficiency in service delivery after review.
- All refund requests must be made in writing within 15 calendar days from the date of service delivery.
- REVWORKS CONSULTANTS LLP reserves the right to investigate and validate the claim before initiating a refund.
- If a refund is approved, the amount will be processed to the original method of payment within 15–30 business days.
Exclusions
- REVWORKS CONSULTANTS LLP does not provide refunds for client-side delays, changes in scope after project commencement, or dissatisfaction arising from deviations not covered under the agreed scope of work.
- Refunds are not applicable for third-party costs or statutory payments made on behalf of the client.
